    @snapsnapdik Eat a medium sized breakfast, preworkout shake/protein. post workout shake/protein, medium sized Lunch an hour after post workout shake, medium sized dinner. WIth a bedtime small snack like peanuts. Cardio shouldnt be boring, but it is to almost everyone. Thats why I cant wait for my program to be processed so i can tell people how to train to get REAL results. I’m a personal trainer.

    @snapsnapdik yes you can. The more muscle you have, as it’s a living tissue , means you requires more energy. Your body has to get that extra energy to feed your new muscle so it will get some of that from your fat stores.
    The most improtant thing is your diet. Eat 5-6 small meals on a daily basis, this will help keep your metabolism boosted to help you burn calories. Check out Scotthermanfitness on youtube for some great advice :)

    i just started working out after a 2 year break from lifting weights and i gained 10-15 pounds of muscle in a month but i still have about 5 more pounds before I will be where i once was. is that normal would you say?

    #1 eat chicken breast without skinn
    #2 eat cottage cheese
    drink water and dont eat anything else and kill yourself at the gym
