    should advise people to put knees on ground until strong enough to do standing FULL movement

    “negatives” it means you only do the lowering part of an exercise when the lifting part is too difficult for your skill level.

    i have this cool thing called AB Slide .. it works very well, it has a spring in it and has a good bit of tension
