I never allow the … I never allow the fat to go over 5 grams on this meal..on the protein/fat meals 1-4 I never allow the carbs to go over 5 for them as well. I drink a gallon of water with a touch of lemon juice added, this helps cut grease and keeps the skin tight while cutting. Supplement wise: besides flax seed oil, I use L-carnitine, ALA and Lipo 6.
I have a protein/ … I have a protein/dextrose blend generally around 34/63 in ratio. I time myself for 15 min and consume it over that period. After I’m finished I set the clock again for 90 min. and have the same macro ratio 34/63 except in the form of solid food. Being that it’s protein/carbs I once again utilize chicken but with oatmeal.
Diet doesn’t equal … Diet doesn’t equal starve. I eat six times a day. I do cardio every morning first thing, 45min. 65-75% of my MHR. Don’t jog, do something low impact ie; ride a bike, treadmill, eliptical. Invest in a HR monitor, I use Polar. I’ve had the same one for two years, they’re a great brand. Regarding diet. I eat 4 meals prior to training in the evening. They consist of protein/fat..usually 45/15 ratio. I utilize chicken/almonds for the solid meals, protein/flax seed oil for the shakes. After I train..
I want to ask you a … I want to ask you a question…i TRY all these diets but i tend to give up. I cant jog w/ water, i need gatorade or powerade, i need the sugar, and i cant just eat salads…i need rice and meat and soup and all, i feel like diet = starve
Thanks for the … Thanks for the comments. I haven’t posted anything new in awhile. I broke my elbow and had an issue with high blood pressure from the added weight gain. I’ve been training and dieting and will look to post something again around the end of June/first of July.
yea, if your skiny … yea, if your skiny u will show abs, however there not goin to pop out unless u do abb training. like i just turned 13 and i have n 8 pack slowly going to 12 but there not popping.
