I did the 1st round(no problem) 2nd round i was fatigued, 3rd round i was exhausted and i was sore

That looks like an awesome workout. I’m bookmarking this page. I try and get to the gym a lot and hate myself when I don’t go. I reckon I could make this the alternative for those days when I don’t make it down there. Very awesome.

u got twice the situp obliques RIGHT.
change the last one to LEFT. not that ppl think they have to train the right ones twice and leave the left ones out

this workout is incredible.. actually its funny cuz i do the same workout excpet without the varied pushups/situps at my gym.. its friggin tiring!
