    i think if i do this 3-4 times a week
    and running (to lose body fat)
    for 3 months … i think i’ll be in good shape :D

    u got twice the situp obliques RIGHT.

    change the last one to LEFT. not that ppl think they have to train the right ones twice and leave the left ones out :)

    this workout is incredible.. actually its funny cuz i do the same workout excpet without the varied pushups/situps at my gym.. its friggin tiring!
