hey, I’ve got like … hey, I’ve got like 1 cm ( 1/4 inch) of fat under my skin (approx.) I can Faintly see my abs, but if i really want them to stand out, i need to loose that quarter inch of fat off my stomach. Any Tips that could help me get rid of this fat.
ps. When i mean quarter inch, im not exaggerating… im pissed, cause im theoretically there!!
the second half of … the second half of the way up is a waste of time. Your abs are no longer needed for that range of motion, you abs are only worked in the first range of motion, which is why a crunch is more effective than a sit up.
yea, i can do 100+ … yea, i can do 100+ crunches but that’s not really the point lol. what i’m saying is, the slower you do a crunch, the more tension you will be putting on your core, thus working it out more than what you would do in 100. its better to perform the exercise correctly to maximize the gains
yeah, you can go … yeah, you can go all the way up too, but if you do, don’t pull with your neck, it will develop back/neck problems cause your putting strain on it. go slowly also, it requires more focus and strength, and will give you a burning feeling sooner than doing like 100 of ‘em.
For the floor … For the floor crunch, is it bad to go up all the way instead of half way like what this guy did? And if so why? I thought that it would be better to go up all the way like for the elbows to touch the knees.
