I used to get that too. Try folding your hands together (locking your knuckles) and placing them under your neck instead of under your head like he does in the video. I found that this helps to support my neck and head. Also, when I got the hang of using my core to do the lifting, it helped too.

@ipezzomejo im pretty sure thats the point, so yes but if u have a bearbelly or something, then u will also need to do cardio vascular excerises and wtahc ur nutrition because ab edxercises alone do not get rid of body fat

this is a good workout, but honestly i suggest doing 2 times a day, once isnt fully enough, it still helps tho, but doing 2 is rlly effective, well 2 or 3 that is
