    To be honest, i saw results after the first day! I went down 1,5kg’s in one day.
    (But i recommend to do some cardio aswell and maybe some bicycling)

    @sweetkisses4uonly well obviously a good diet will do the trick. If you want to burn fat, do a lot of cardio like running, spinning, eliptical, etc. I’m not totally sure about the intervals. It also takes a lot of dedication!!!

    what’s the best way to lose a belly and lose weight fast? (if you’re willing to give 5-6 hours a day) is it circuits?intervals?will you lose weight faster if you do 2 hours of intervals?

    @nostalu yeah but try doing pacer push-ups. Go down to a 5 count to start and up to a 5 count on every other one, then as you progress, go down to a ten-count. If you do the workout every day, one day do the pacer push-ups on 1-3-5-7-9 and the next do them on 2-4-6-8-10. Planks will also help, start off at like 1 minute then progress into 90 seconds.
