I got bad news for … I got bad news for all you overweight people. doing routines like these shown here, only work for people aren’t complete fat ass’s. these exercises are meant to build muscle. but if you have a large fat deposit where your stomach used to be, muscle wont be visible. you still have to do something to burn off your excessive fat. notice the guy in the vid is skinny. so if your a “tubby” This would be pointless. My advice, STOP eating like a pig, chew your food don’t just swallow it & move around

i been doin it for … i been doin it for half a weeek and it burned for those days, the burn starts ggoin away since ur muscles in ur stomach get use to it. but how the can u see a 4 pack forming already lol if u only started a day ago

It goes slower.. cause u need proteins etc. to gain muscles, if u go on a diet u lack on these.

It didnt burn for me at beginning at all, but I did like 30 original situps for burn before that, then I did that exercise
