Quick question: Is it best to eat before or after excercising? Or both? I’ve had some people tell me that eating before excercising is bad because it makes you cramp up, but then some people say you should eat before because it will give you more energy.

the bicycle is a great exercise try to do at least 25 – 30 reps of course though u need to diet as well for best results
