well damn im not the one to judge but ur eleven you dont need to be trying to build abs and running TRIathlons you NEED to go home and eat candy… you should only exersize if your obese .. not trying to talk down on you please dont take that offensively

Im 11 years and im going to test this. im traning jujutsu and BJJ and MMA. but after scool i eat lots of candy:/ i stopt now and whant to burn that fat now. Im going to run a Treathlon in Copenhagen this summer(im form swe) and im trying to burn fat so i look good to the summer. I hope this training is working , PS its a junior treathlon

im 14 and i have a cardio of 11 if you know what the beep beep test is …basicly how it works is that you run and each 30secondes it becomes faster and faster so its harder i did 11min and 9 is 100%
