I was messing around and found this out on my own. I didn’t know I was doing them right. Coolio. To add a little extra, try to not touching the ground with your hands. Helps build a better sense of balance.

Tried doing a few just now….they’re a LOT harder than they look! I think I might have to stick with the easier exercises for a while and try to work up to these V crunches.
Thanks Justin!

Hey could someone please tell me if these are safe for women to do?
I had a baby a year ago and want to get my stomach back in shape. I eat pretty well and do other exercise too.
About how many of these should a beginner do and what should I be working up to?
Thanks!
