@aeroscope protein is never enough,no matter what your body type is.add creatine to your supplementation.you should see a visible difference after 1 month.but it does really count on what exercises you do.good luck

I’ve been mixing this in with my normal gym workouts for about 3 weeks now, and if you really stick to it, you get some bad ass results…Honestly if you have any extra time in your day…do a couple of these when you are laying around, they really add up!
