Six-Pack abs in 6 months review of best online programs

I had a baby 5 mths ago and lost 30 lbs. I am 5’5 and down to 130 lbs. I am at my goal weight however, i still have baby fat. What do u think will help me burn it? walking andc crunches?

the only REAL way to get 6 pack abs is to do REAL exersises and stop thinking there is a quick way to do it.

Yeah, I need to work on being able to see my tinkle looking down instead of moving my fat gut out of the way just do get at it. I enjoy stuffing my face with all the bad foods known to man. I always say I’m going to start on my pack the next day but then turns out I have a Whopper and a jumbo fry rammed in my face.

just found it funny–im filipino and eat rice every meal XD
i think white rice makes you fatter. i cut it out of my diet and lost 7-8lbs in about a month and a half

to get a six pack its pretty simple
1. if you have more than around 10-12 percent bodyfat your wont be able see see your abdominal muscles no matter how many ab exercises you do.
2. doing ab exercises doesnt burn very much fat but it does help build the muscle, so when you do lower your body fat % then they will be easier to see.
3. if you want to burn fat just exercise moderatly. as long as your burn more than you take in you will lose wieght. out of shape? walk! takes longer but it still works
