    u need ur small six meals a day with 30 grams of protein to get the full affect and get good abs fast, i fine canned beans work a treat, wrapped in a burito torteis with salmon and low fat salsa, thats just 1 example. see scooby !

    Help Please

    I’m trying to gain weight, and also get a bigger six pack under my fat, so when I cut weight I can see my abs but there bigger and alot stronger, i’m not sure if weighted workouts are the best or not or with natural body weight, i’m trying to get bigger and also stronger abs can someone please help me, maybe with a list of workouts, with the amount of sets and reps, if possible to use dumbbell or not

    I’ve been lifting (and running again) for six weeks… I can’t imagine loosing 17lbs in that time!
    I don’t have 17lbs to loose, but that’s outrageous

    I had to repost cuz I misstyped the dates on accident. If you guys want to lose weight, you know what needs to be done, it just depends on whether or not your gonna get up and do it. When I was in college I had a great body and I let it go. Woke up one morning and said hell no. If you want the body your looking for, you gotta bust your ass and work through the pain. Nobody talks about that anymore which is a shame. These bodies cost pain, so are you willing to pay the price?

    I lost 60 pounds from Jan 1, 2009 – Jan 1, 2010. I increased my water intake (major factor) 1 oz per 2 lbs of body weight. Bought a water filter for my sink. Quit eating out, cooked my food, veggies, fruits & chicken mainly. No diet pills, excercised 5 days a week 1 hour session, running every day mixed with weights. The magic pill I took was “Get off your ass and do something even though it hurts” 305 – 245 in 1 year. I don’t know if this guys is selling anything, JUST GET OFF YOUR ASSES

    it took me six weeks to lose 17 pounds of fat. i lifted weights for 45 min and then cardio for 25-30 depending on how tired i was. i did that every other day. i took protein in the morning and after my workout. i also took a good multivitamin in the morning if you do that until you reach a six pack and then only lift and cut cardio down you will be in excellent shape and look even better.
