That’s typical OCD …
That’s typical OCD bodybuilder type thinking. Try doing full range sit ups, making sure to keep your entire core isolated and straight the entire time.

I just do 3 sets of …
I just do 3 sets of weighted sit ups, and if I don’t have weights I just do 3 sets of sit ups with higher reps. One thing I’ve learned about abs is that it’s like any other muscle, you don’t need to do five sets of 20 different exercises to work them.

I am skinny and was wondering how i can get a 6 pack? Does Food diet matter? If so, please help since i don’t know how to read the nutrition facts and i don’t know how much i need of something or less… So i just eat pretty much anything……..by the way i am 14 years old and i also want to know what kinds of food i should eat?

I’m a personal …
I’m a personal trainer and I’ve been bodybuilding for 3 years now and i find all of seans videos useful, but i have to disagree with this video. The best way to work out your abs and get abs ( well you get abs by having low body fat of course ) And crunches are without a doubt the best workout for abs. The second best is also doing leg pullups, they’re amazing for your abs and you can do these 2 exercises pretty much everywhere.

try doing this on mondays,wednesdays and fridays.always have a rest day between,the muscle grows during the rest days
