    i like the fact that theres a diagram to show which part of you abdomen is being worked out, but theres one problem…most of the muscles highlighted are wrong!

    the one that i just mentioned yah. But i also do more stuff after my work out bcuz im hardcore at this stuff. Theres also more that u can add to it like adding weights to yur leg raises which i also do.

    If you have a big belly tho the best thing to do except for ab workouts is running, jogging walking. bcuz u wont c ur abs with the fat covering them. thats y u have to be skinny like me for ab workouts to even take effect. if u are skinny like mauh than perfect this workout should work.

    I like to look at diff vids and mix them all together to make an advanced workout.

    1. Crunches with 25 lbs behing neck.
    2. Leg raises.
    3. Knee raises.
    4. Alternating push throughs.
    5. Bycycles.
    Do 4 times in a row each day.
    If u wanna get more out of it do 2 sets of 4 each day.
    Eat high protein foods. Nutrition is key.
