			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you struggle to reduce your belly fat, so that you can uncover those elusive six pack abs, then I&#8217;m going to reveal in this article why you haven&#8217;t been able to make progress with this area of your fitness.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>A couple major problems I see as a fitness professional are that most people who are trying to lose stomach fat:</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>1. Most people spend way too much of their exercise efforts focusing on cardio based workouts, when in fact, a properly designed, high intensity strength training routine causes a much better hormonal response and metabolic rate increase than cardio based workout programs. </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Also, as long as the strength training workout is designed with the right types of full body multi-joint exercises, and with the right types of rest intervals and intensity, you can actually burn as many calories (if not more calories) than with a typical cardio workout.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>2. Another problem is that many people still think that they should be spending all of their workout time doing exercises that specifically target the stomach area and obliques. I think you should understand by now that spending all of your time doing exercises targeting the abs doesn&#8217;t do much to burn the fat off of your stomach and love handles area.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Again, your time in your workouts could be much better spent by focusing on strategic strength training exercise combinations and full body training that will result in a much better decrease of body fat over time.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>3. When it comes to diet, many people try to follow some sort of fad diet that restricts a certain macronutrient too much&#8230; like extremely low fat diets, or super low carb diets.  The fact is that your body needs all of the macronutrients and food groups to maintain proper balance and build muscle and burn fat most effectively. Trying to eliminate certain food groups or macronutrients in general sets most people up for failure.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>The main focus should be on avoiding processed foods, artificial ingredients, trans fats (hydrogenated oils), high fructose corn syrup, and other junk foods, while focusing on a whole-food organic diet full of variety and high nutrient density. </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Many times when people get past the fads and gimmick diets and start to eat in a balanced whole food manner, a lot of the problems they were having start to take care of themselves, and the body fat starts to melt off, energy levels increase, and hormones are back in balance.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>What do the entire top models and most celebrities have in common? The result is 6 pack abs. A defined midsection is the Holy Grail of health and fitness. If a person possesses defined abs, that person is usually regarded as being in exceptional shape. I believe it has something related to the fact that the abdominal area is a last place to lose unwanted fat, so if a man is defined for the reason that area he is likely in great shape all round. The crazy thing is always that if you go directly into most gyms, I would estimate that lower than 5% of the trainees actually have got a six pack. The challenge lies from the belief that people have a misunderstanding of what must be done to achieve this magnificent look.</p>
<p>These days in the event you go into any gymnasium, you will see a big focus on &#8220;core workouts. &#8221; Personal trainers have people doing a number of crazy exercises on training balls which supposedly forces the entire body to stabilize itself applying &#8220;core muscles. &#8221; Concentrating on the core muscles allegedly tones the abs to obtain a six pack stomach muscles. I see personal trainers devoting nearly 1/2 of the client&#8217;s time concentrating on exercises which work the actual core. The funny thing is always that I see people make it happen week in and weeks time out and none these people get any closer which will get six pack abs.</p>
<p>Another way of thinking is to work abs hard every single day. There are tons of exercises which consentrate on the abdominal muscles. A lot of people use various floor exercises for example crunches or sit-ups. People also use machines for their quest for six wrap abs. Some people recommend working the abs each day or every other day time. Some tell you to utilize high reps and absolutely no weight or heavy weight like almost every other muscle. I see a lot of people do this 7 days in and week out and what happens&#8230;very few of those have six pack washboard abs!</p>
<p>I use a defined midsection year circular, but it wasn&#8217;t always doing this. I followed the above recommendations and still did not get that six group look. Believe it or perhaps not, a back injury helped me discover what works best for getting six pack abs! Ok , i&#8217;ll elaborate&#8230;I sustained a back injury 5 issue and was unable that you&#8217;re performing any crunch movement pain free. I was bummed away, because I had any vacation to Cancun organized 8 months later. I needed to look great from a swimsuit and have firm 6-pack abs. I had to give that up on working my washboard abs directly for 8 complete months! I was persuaded that my abs would certainly look flabby. A nuts thing happened&#8230;I had amazing hard six pack abs in time regarding my vacation and WE didn&#8217;t do one belly exercise for 8 many months!</p>
<p>Okay, since time I haven&#8217;t worked abs directly whatsoever and my midsection looks much better than ever. I am convinced that having hard six pack abs showing is 95% about our bodies fat percentage and possibly 5% or less concerning working the abs. The thing is that, all of us curently have a nice six load up&#8230;it is just undetectable under a layer involving fat. I guarantee that in case you get your body weight to 10% or decrease, you will have amazing washboard abs for the world to view. My recommendation is that will drop your ab workout and spend that period on cardio. You would like nice abs? Hit that Treadmill or the Elliptical Appliance. Seriously, it the only way you can ever see those ab muscles.</p>

However, hula hooping is a surprisingly easy to learn and also highly effective method for staying physically fit (not to mention its way more fun than most other exercises!) I especially like it because it provides a fabulous no-impact feel good cardio workout. Break Through a Fitness Plateau Hooping is definitely a skill you have to learn, but the learning process actually burns a lot of calories. Anytime you switch to a new activity, especially one that causes an inefficiency of movement (such as learning to hula hoop!) youll burn a lot more calories than you will by doing your same old exercise routine. For example, if you currently power walk for fitness and you suddenly take up hula-hooping (or ballroom dancing, swimming, etc) youll be able to break through a fitness plateau and take your current state of fitness to a whole new level. Any Old Hoop Wont Work: You Need a Special Sports Hoop You need a special sports hoop that is much larger than the typical kiddy hoop you&#8217;ve probably tried in the past.The sports hoop also has to be slightly weighted (using this type of sports hoop actually makes hooping a lot easier from a mechanical standpoint.) One should take precautions and rule out medical conditions that cause acid reflux, in addition to avoiding common triggers.</p>
<p>A medical condition often associated with those experiencing heartburn is GERD, Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease. This disease affects millions of people and can only be diagnosed by an individual&#8217;s personal doctor. The condition occurs when the Lower Esophageal Sphincter does not close properly and stomach content come up the esophagus, producing heartburn effects.</p>
<p>Peptic Ulcers are another disorder resulting in heartburn. The ulcer, whether stomach or duodenal, occur when the area becomes eroded with stomach acid. This produces a sore or lesion in either area, and when occurring together they are known as Peptic Ulcers. Peptic Ulcers can be irritated by varying foods and beverages, as well as some medications.</p>
<p>A stomach abnormality that can be diagnosed by a medical professional is a Hiatal Hernia. These hernias can occur in people of any age. They occur when the upper part of the stomach and LES push through the diaphragm and up into the upper body. The sour substance from the stomach then rises up the esophagus causing indigestion.</p>
<p>Digestive Disorders such as Gastritis and Gastroparesis can also be to blame. Gastritis is a disorder caused by the inflammation of the stomach lining. Gastroparesis, is commonly known as Delayed Gastric Emptying, and occurs when the stomach takes too long to empty. It is often associated with people with Type 1 and 2 Diabetes.</p>
<p>Pregnancy also contributes to heartburn. The stress from the growing fetus and increasing levels of hormones in the body soften ligaments that keep the Lower Esophageal Sphincter (LES) closed. The further into the pregnancy a women is the more likely she is to experience heartburn. She can relieve the indigestion by taking over-the-counter medication with a doctor&#8217;s consent.</p>
<p>There are also some medications responsible for causing indigestion. These medications relax the Lower Esophageal Sphincter (LES), irritate the esophagus, or slow down stomach emptying. If all other causes have been ruled out this possibility should be discussed with a doctor.</p>
<p>Food and Beverage consumption is a well known culprit for heartburn. Greasy foods keep food trapped in the stomach longer, and slow down digestion. Caffeinated beverages also affect the LES causing it to relax allowing stomach contents to seep up in to the esophagus. By avoiding certain foods and beverages that produce indigestion, the person can prevent it.</p>
<p>With growing lists of possible triggers as to what causes acid reflux, an individual can limit intakes of specific foods, beverages and medication. If the disorder continues there may be an underlying medical condition. If reduction of known triggers does not ease acid reflux, a medical professional should be consulted.</p>
